Processing time

Limited drop and pre-order items are made in small batches. Processing typically takes 1–2 weeks from order date before your item ships — sometimes longer during high-demand drops. We'll keep you posted on @kultura.obskura if a timeline shifts.

Shipping time

Once shipped, standard delivery within the US typically takes 3–7 business days. Canada typically takes 7–14 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays happen.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Lost or delayed packages should first be checked with the carrier directly; reach out to us at [contact link] if you need help.

Limited drops & pre-orders

Pre-order items ship in the timeframe stated on the product listing at time of purchase. Because these are small-batch, handmade-adjacent runs, timelines can shift due to production. We'll always communicate delays as soon as we know.
