Returns and Refunds

purchases are final sale.

Because Kultura Obskura releases limited, small-batch drops, we don't offer returns or exchanges for size, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction. Once an order is placed, it's final.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at
mabuhay@kulturaobskura.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — whether that's a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Order errors on our end

If we made a mistake on your order — wrong item, missing item — let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin preparing it quickly given our limited run sizes. We're unable to guarantee cancellations after checkout, but reach out as soon as possible at mabuhay@kulturaobskura.com and we'll do what we can.

Unfulfilled pre-orders

In the rare case we're unable to fulfill a confirmed pre-order, you'll receive a full refund.
